Order & Payment Policy
At Digital Spark Shop, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and secure. Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
For international cardholders, your bank’s exchange rates and fees will apply during the transaction. We strive for pricing accuracy; however, if an error occurs and you’ve paid for an item with incorrect pricing, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Delivery Information
Once your order is confirmed, we process and dispatch it to your provided address. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Stock availability
- Courier or shipping issues
In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- All packaging, accessories, and tags are intact
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted
Conditions Excluded from Return
Returns will not be accepted in these cases:
- Product is damaged by misuse or accidents
- Item is used, altered, or opened
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from pets, pests, or unauthorized repairs
Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer exchanges within 15 days for issues like size or color preferences.
- Items must be unused with original packaging and tags
- Exchanges are allowed up to 2 times
- For a completely different item, return the product and place a new order
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Item is defective or damaged
If the product is as described and in usable condition, a refund will not be issued, but you may request an exchange.
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, inspect your order and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send your Order # and photos to 📧 order@digitalsparkshop.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Limited Liability
Digital Spark Shop is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
